Taster Session
The Freddy Fit taster session is very important as an introduction to the whole school.

Children and staff find this day both fun and educational, the groups will participate in exercise to music, skipping, jumping, catching, competition and fun fit challenges.

On completion of the workshop staff will be invited to fill in an evaluation form, which can then be used to gauge any further possible workshops or sustainable training.

Freddy Fit present in schools daily and are keen to meet individual needs of schools, considering hall size, year group numbers and timings.

Please note timings are approximate and we try to squeeze longer sessions out of the school day dependent on lunch times and breaks.
9.15am to 10.15am Session 1 - 60 children
10.30am to 11.30 Session 2 - 60 children
Lunch
1.15pm to 2.15pm Session 3 - 60 children
2.15pm to 3.15 pm Session 4 - 60 children
