Key Olympic messages will be delivered throughout Nutrition, Preparation, Winning and Losing

Fun strength tests to include high jump, arm strength, grip strength in relation to events.

Freddy Fit will continue to run Olympic based workshops in the years to follow London 2012 following our Olympic and Paralympic superstars onto the commonwealth and world championships.

Session times are approximate to suit individual schools, Key 2 normally take the longer am sessions.
