"We have had many Freddy Fit sessions in school, all of which have been active, educational and most of all FUN. Children and staff look forward to these days and always ask when the next one will be. Along with the activities on the Freddy Fit website these sessions underpin the principals of keeping fit and healthy which are so important to us as a Healthy School."

Mrs. J. Stewart, Headteacher
"All the children from Nursery to Year look forward to, and thoroughly enjoy the 'Circuit for Life' training. They love the variety of activities.

Each week the children are able to identify the skills they have developed and the teachers have definitely seen an improvement in the children too.

Freddy Fit Circuit Training is a fun way to exercise and is incredibly motivating!"

Mrs Tootell, Headteacher,
"Our Move it sessions with Freddy Fit have been fantastic! Children from Nursery to Year 6 love joining in with Move it! As a result of our training sessions, Morning Move it now runs in our school every Friday morning and all of the children, staff and (Some!) parents join in! Our Sports Leaders have developed in confidence and our children have realised what fun exercise can be!

We love having Freddy Fit in our school!"

Gemma Holt, Deputy Headteacher,
