We at Freddy Fit are very much aware how tight curriculum time is to a school. Money may be an issue so our first
contact with a school is our taster session.
Children and staff find this day both fun and educational at
a fair cost. The groups will participate in exercise to music,
skipping, jumping, catching, competition and fun challenges.
Your Freddy Fit presenter will engage the children and
give key tips on nutrition fitness and healthy lifestyles.
On completion of the workshop your presenter will
discuss your individual needs as a school and lay out
a sustainable ‘Freddy Fit’ plan.
